small shower carpet stains
the staff attitude was acceptable, i didn't needed much assistance anyway.
the room size, specifically the bathroom, felt inadequate. the shower was so small, i nearly knocked myself out trying to wash my hair. also, i spotted some questionable stains on the carpet, so maybe they should consider a deeper clean or just rip out the old carpets.

I enjoyed my stay. The location proved excellent, with quick access to attractions. The breakfast offered a good selection and the staff was very helpful. We found the room spacious and clean..
The towels were quite thin and worn. They could use replacement.

Excellent Stay near Heroes' Square
convenient location responsive staff breakfast selection
The hotel's location near Heroes' Square was convenient. The area felt safe due to the proximity of embassies. Breakfast offered a good selection of choices each morning.
I noticed a few light bulbs were out in the walkway and a shower hose leaked. Despite raising this three times with staff, it was never resolved, and there was no follow-up communication.

excellent variety friendly staff
The breakfast offered excellent variety and was consistently replenished. I found this quite pleasing. the location was conveniently situated near the zoo, perfect for me. the room was clean, and the staff members displayed a friendly, helpful attitude.
i found several areas where improvements could . the air conditioning in my room needed attention, as it did not cool the space effectively. one day, the hotel experienced a complete lack of hot water, inconvenient.

the staff greeted me kindly upon my very early arrival and stored my luggage safely. they willingly provided a map and tourist advice, most helpful. everyone was polite and courteous.

quiet side street peaceful hotel moquette room faulty air conditioning
i liked the location in a leafy area. the hotel was tucked away on a quiet side street, the hotel was very peaceful.
I found many improvement areas. The rooms have moquette. air conditioning was not properly working , there was no warm water in the whole hotel one day.
